I've played a
lot of online casinos, and I can say 32Red is the friendliest and
most personable. I do a lot of online research before choosing a
casino, and I will say that I've never read a negative comment about
32Red.

On 32Red casino
website, it is stated very clear that you have to send e-mail and
receive bonus before you start playing. "Players must claim and
receive their "Slots Only" bonus before they start playing with
their initial deposit. Requests for this welcome bonus once players
have started wagering their initial deposit will be refused."
If you do not
read the T&C's then you only have yourself to blame... From the
experience I have had with 32red, they are one of the few good
casinos out there, believe me! |

I didn't get my
deposit bonus after 24 hours. I called. They said "You have to send
an email before you start playing." I told them that I sent it, and
they said they never got it! They saw that I deposited and played -
but because they never got my email, I can't have the deposit bonus.

I have lost
almost $2,000 in 32Red in the past month. I have never seen so many
21's in a row before. Sometimes it takes 5 or 6 card but, sure
enough, the dealer gets a 21. It has come to the point that I can
almost predict when the dealer will get a 20. Also, the dealer tends
to get a lot of 10's and face cards when I get very few. Usually, I
will win several hands and then when I raise my bet, the dealer will
win several times in a row. I know that PWC monitors this site, but
that doesn't mean it's rigged. They let some people win and then
when they've hooked you, you start losing.

I have used
32red many times and always been paid. Games seem fair. Credit card
takes 3 days or so to withdraw. |

I had a ball
playing here, and found that the software run well. Customer
service and tech support were helpful, and they did solve my
problems. A nice place to play. |

I would say 32Red
Casino has perhaps one of the best online casino reputation in
player communities. Best care for the players. I got fast payouts,
15 minute response to support emails.
Besides, I know
that their
CEO (Ed Ware) is a very pro-active and respected visitor on the
popular Internet casino forums and uses feedback to grow 32Red from
strength to strength. |
